Prices include accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and basic meals unless specified otherwise.
Bookings are confirmed only after 50% advance payment; remaining payment must be cleared before departure.
Changes in itinerary must be communicated at least 15 days prior to departure.
Cancellation policy:
30+ days before departure: 75% refund
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: Non-refundable
Additional services like adventure activities, special meals, or private guides may incur extra charges.
Green Stone Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or government regulations.
Travelers are responsible for personal documents, passports, and visas.
Travel insurance is recommended and may be mandatory for international tours.
Health conditions and special requirements must be disclosed at booking.
Liability for loss or damage of personal belongings rests with the traveler.
Green Stone Tours & Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations due to acts of God or force majeure.
Disputes shall be governed by Indian law and jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts.
